Manager
Back Office
The Back Office Manager is responsible for the administration of Front Office orders (Investment Advisor).
His role is to verify operations, send confirmations, monitor deadlines, invoicing and accounting.
He reports to the Director of Market Operations.
Customer Service Representative
The customer service advisor is in constant contact with customers. He/she must always give a good image of the establishment. He/she is responsible for informing, advising and guiding customers. He/she is also responsible for telephone reception and redirecting calls to his/her colleagues.
The customer service advisor is also responsible for filing and archiving documents and accounting records. He or she organizes employees' travel and manages their schedules, writes up meeting minutes and is responsible for making appointments.
The incumbent must be able to perform several tasks at the same time. He reports to the Director of Business Development.
Trader
The trader executes clients' investment orders on the stock market. He evaluates market trends in real time and waits for the right moment to immediately execute the buy or sell orders contained in the order book.
The trader bases his buying or selling decisions on an anticipation of market movements through a prior analysis of relevant information and financial or regulatory news that may affect the UEMOA financial market as well as the securities listed on the BRVM.
Financial analyst
The financial analyst studies the financial and monetary markets as well as listed companies in all their aspects in order to form an opinion of their real value. Based on quantitative and qualitative information, he analyzes, interprets market trends and makes forecasts in order to better guide their purchase or sale orders.
Its functions may extend to financial modeling and risk management.
