Back Office Manager
The Back Office Manager is in charge of administering Front Office orders (Investment Advisor).
They have a role in verifying operations, sending confirmations, monitoring deadlines, invoicing and accounting. They report to the Director of Market Operations.
Customer Service Advisor
The Customer Service Advisor is in permanent contact with clients. They must always give a good image of the establishment. They are responsible for informing, advising and guiding clients. They also handle telephone reception and redirecting calls to colleagues.
The Customer Service Advisor is also responsible for filing and archiving documents and accounting records. They organize colleagues' travels and manage their schedules, write meeting minutes and handle appointments.
The position holder must be able to perform multiple tasks at the same time. They report to the Director of Business Development.
Trader
The trader executes client investment orders on the stock market. They evaluate market trends in real time and wait for the opportune moment to execute buy or sell orders contained in the order book without delay.
The trader bases their buy or sell decisions on anticipation of market movements through prior analysis of relevant information and financial or regulatory news that may affect the UEMOA financial market as well as securities listed on the BRVM.
Financial Analyst
The financial analyst studies financial and monetary markets as well as listed companies in all their aspects to form an opinion of their real value. Based on quantitative and qualitative information, they analyze, interpret market trends and make forecasts to better guide their buy or sell orders.
Their functions may extend to financial modeling and risk management.
